5 Things You Should Never Say To A Woman During Her Period

This article is for guys who find it difficult to get along with a lady during her period. Ladies want care and love during this unpleasant period. If you a guy, this is the time you have to show her more love and care, don't be harsh on her and most importantly, know your choice of words.

In this article Maxnaija.com will be giving you a list of 5 things you should never tell a lady during her period.

1. What's Wrong: Really? do you need to ask that? Obviously she is having her period and its painful, makes her cranky and ohh! so bloated. She is just not very comfortable and that doesn't mean you will keep asking what's wrong. Just try and 'empathize' with her.

2. "You look tired" : Of cos, she is. She doesn't just look tired she is really tired... You don't expect to be active and strong a usual. Bleeding buckets and those killer cramps accompanied with excruciating back ache is bound to show on her face.

3. "Let's go party; it will make you feel better!" : whoa!! You must be crazy to think like that. With that swollen tummy and painful back, you don't expect her to wear fancy dresses and high heels.

4. "I guess we should talk later, after your period is over": You Should never ever think of saying this, did you just mean that when she's having her period she looses value?. There are things you say which she can easily forget, but not this. Never make her feel rejected.

5. " Sorry, but I am irritated by the sight of blood.": No way and no way will you ever say that to a woman. She doesn't get her period by choice and this time of the month all she needs is your tender love and care. Trust us by saying this you will only rub her the wrong way. Even if you hate the sight of blood, you don't have to make it that obvious to her.

>
P.s (Please men for a while please keep all your opinions to yourself. With the above listed words from Maxnaija.com, try to avoid these words no matter what and you'll be grateful you did! )

I have planned for old age | Nollywood actor Oga Bello poses with his 18 children (see photo)

To be the father of 17 graduates and one undergraduate is no joke. For veteran Nollywood Yoruba actor, Adebayo Salami, it’s time to enjoy peace.

The actor who clocked 63 a few months back declared, “My mind is at peace. I have trained my children (I have 17 graduates and two undergraduates). This means that I have planned for my old age.”
The father of Femi Adebayo, who is also an actor and was appointed the Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Culture, Oga Bello has other sons in Nollywood who are either acting or into production. Was this planned by him?

He replied, “I never called any of them to, neither did I insist they join the movie industry, or ask them not to. As a responsible father, all I owe them is good and quality education. They are graduates and I didn’t force them to do any course. There is Femi, Sodiq, Tope and Rilwan. Sodiq is a production manager and producer. Tope is a director, producer and writer. Femi is an actor and a writer, Rilwan is a production editor. When Femi, who is a lawyer, decided to act, I gave him my blessings. Sodiq is a geologist; Tope and Rilwan computer scientists. In fact, when they joined the industry, I was relieved because I won’t have to start looking for white collar jobs for them after graduation.”
Does he plan retirement after spending 52 years as an actor?
He said, “An artiste does not retire. If you have a talent like mine and you don’t put it to use, it will haunt you. Instead of retiring, you move with time. I am going to keep acting for as long as I live.”

Keeping healthy: Dietary Supplements by Jiji.ng

You are what you eat. It may sound silly, but actually it is true. Everything is connected: the way you look, the way you feel and the way you care about your health. And by “health” we mean here the lifestyle in general – whether you are going in for sport, have bad habits or keep a healthy diet. In any case, your organism starts to lack in vitamins and other elements from time to time, and that’s when you need to think about adding dietary supplements to your everyday ration.
You can find dietary supplements in any drugstore, or you can just save your time and open Jiji. Jiji.ng belongs to that kind of services, which make your life much easier. For example, they help you to save a lot of time and money. Jiji is the biggest online classifieds, and it works like an ordinary classifieds, familiar for everyone from newspapers. However, they changed the domain and discovered a lot of new opportunities provided by the web space. As a result, they have a lot more benefits to provide. For instance, you don’t have to pay for every line of the text as it was before. Provide as detailed description as it is possible, add some photos and wait for sellers to contact you.

One of the most pleasant things is pricing policy: prices are here lower than in any other regular or web store. It is possible due to the absence of assistants. You can communicate with other people directly, for all of them are real people – verified and with valid contacts. Your security is always the priority. Jiji doesn’t focus of selling its goods – it doesn’t sell anything at all, just helps you to sell (or to buy). So don’t waste your time for reading descriptions and impressions. Open Jiji.ng and enjoy shopping.
